The following terms and conditions are applicable to any services provided by Photo-H. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

!Please make sure you keep a copy on a different USB drive, on a removable hard disk or use a cloud backup service!

Booking a date

In order to reserve a date the customer must pay Photo-H a deposit of £100 (deposit is £50 for photo booth). This can either be paid in cash or via bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable.
Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis.

Cancellations/ Amendments

In the event that the customer wishes to change the date after the deposit has been paid, they should notify Photo-H who will try and accommodate the new date on the basis that Photo-H is also available. The reserved date can only be changed if two month notice is given.
The customer may cancel their contract with Photo-H up to one month before the date of the photo shoot, wedding Or photo booth over email. Upon receiving a cancellation notice Photo-H will reimburse any monies paid minus the deposit fee which remains non-refundable.

Confirming your booking

To ensure that Photo-H provide the arranged services on the day, one of the following must have taken place:
Full balance paid to Photo-H in advance (not just the deposit)
Deposit paid to Photo-H in advance AND a verbal confirmation supplied to Photo-H in advance of the day that the services are still required. This confirmation must be provided in the 40 days prior to the reservation but no later than three days before the reservation. Failure to do this will result in the customer losing their deposit and the Photo-H services will be cancelled.

Our attendance at your venue

The customer is responsible for providing Photo H with the venue address and contact names and telephone numbers to enable Photo-H to provide the required services.
In the event that Photo-H encounter difficulties in getting to the venue due to unforeseeable reasons (for example road closures, road accident), the provided contact numbers will be used to try and manage expectations. In this situation, late arrival of Photo-H will not mean the customer is entitled to a reduction in the price of the service.
On arrival to the venue, the customer must pay Photo-H any remaining monies owed for the services that will be provided. The only acceptable form of payment will be cash or bank transfer.
Where it is necessary to travel to a venue the evening prior to the shoot and when it may be necessary to stay overnight (e.g. where a wedding runs late) the cost of accommodation shall be covered by the customer. Appropriate parking should be provided at all venues. This means a designated parking space should be paid for, if necessary, including all public car parking fees and hotel car parking fees where applicable. Please note that Photographs missed while trying to find a place to park (because guests have used all available parking) is your responsibility. An invoice for parking costs will be submitted after the wedding, where appropriate.
During wedding shoots where attendance is required for more than 4 hours, beverages must be provided to all Photo-H staff.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of Photo-H staff whilst they are at the chosen venue. In the event that Photo-H are concerned for their safety, the customer will be informed to ensure steps can be taken. As a last resort, Photo-H may need to leave the venue to ensure their safety.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather and the willingness of subjects, it is not always possible to capture certain requested images. Any special requests for photographs should be communicated to Photo-H with as much notice given as reasonably possible.

The Photographs

To help maximize the chances of giving the best selection of photos to the customer, Photo-H will endeavour to take more photos than are required where possible. The customer will receive the number of edited photos as specified in the agreed package. Photos will be sent to the customer on a USB memory stick via standard 1st class post. Please make sure you keep a copy on a different USB drive, on a removable hard disk or use a cloud backup service. The package will not be recorded, and will not require signature on receipt.
Not all photos will meet Photo-H standards and therefore it is Photo-H who are responsible for deciding which edited photos are provided to the customer. In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the selection Photo-H has made, it is recommended that they purchase the full set of unedited photos. This will enable the customer to select any additional photos that they would want Photo-H to edit (for an additional fee – please contact us for pricing).
In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the photos they should inform Photo-H via email. Photo-H will take reasonable steps to resolve any issues where possible.
In the event that the customer does not receive the photos via post within a reasonable time frame, they should get in touch with Photo-H who will investigate the matter. At busy posting times (e.g. Christmas) during the year, the customer may have to wait longer before the photos arrive.
If there are any signs that the package containing the USB stick has been tampered with, photos should be taken as soon as possible of the packaging and emailed to Photo-H along with further details.
No photographs or ordered items will be released to the customer until cleared payment has been received.

Photo H will endeavour to take photographs that best represent your special day. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any specific photographic requirements are effectively communicated to Photo H. This includes but not limited to photographs that encompass specific individuals, photos that depict specific poses, and backgrounds.

Whilst Photo H will take reasonable steps to safeguard any photos taken there may be circumstances beyond our control (examples include data corruption, theft of photos) which may result in the loss of photos. In the highly unlikely event that this occurs a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the photos lost and at the discretion of Photo H.

The copyright in all photographs created by Photo-H shall remain the property of Photo-H in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Photo-H reserves the right to use any photo taken for publicity or advertising purposes without any compensation to the customer or parties involved.
